Sachin Shroff who is currently seen in And TV's Paramavatar Shri Krishna has bagged his next project.

Sachin will soon be seen in Colors' Kaun Hai. The show is back with another spine-chilling story based on paranormal activities. And in an upcoming episode titled 'Azaadi Ki Raat' Sachin Shroff will be seen in a pivotal role.

Azaadi Ki Raat will narrate the spooky tale of a haunted jail that has been shut since India's independence. But, the higher authorities decide to open the jail and assign a new jailer (Sachin Shroff) to this branch. Upon his arrival, eerie things begin to haunt him and his family. As the story moves forward, the family realises that the spirit is of the last British iailer who was killed by the freedom fighters during an uprising and he has come back to avenge his death.

Talking about his role Sachin Shroff said, "I am playing the role of an inspector who does not believe in paranormal activities until he experiences it. But in real life I do believe in paranormal activities. My experience working on 'Kaun Hai' was quite different than the rest of the shows because of its uniqueness. As an actor, exploring different genres is a must and I am glad that I have got I grabbed this opportunity."

The actor was recently in news for legally getting separated to his wife of 9 year Juhi Parmar.
