Rohit Shetty's Rift with Katrina Forced him to Unfollow her?

The rumors of Rohit Shetty’s fallout with Katrina Kaif has milled a lot of controversies and they do not seem to be on talking terms. Recently, the director came under scanner for his comments about actress Katrina Kaif. 

The director received a lot of hate from Netizens for his comment and got himself tagged as sexist. In a statement, he said that no one will look at Katrina with Akshay, Ajay, and Ranveer in the frame and a blast happening in the background. However, Katrina took to her Instagram account to clarify and defend Rohit Shetty. But it seems that this controversy had led to a rift between Rohit and Katrina. 

A report in Mumbai Mirror stated that Shetty has now unfollowed Katrina Kaif on Instagram. While the lady still remains to be Rohit's follower, the filmmaker has supposedly decided to click the unfollow button.

The report suggested that despite speaking in his defense,  the filmmaker did not follow her back.

Furthermore, Shetty in his conversation with Film Companion said, "If you look closely, she (Katrina Kaif) is blinking during it. After the fourth take she came to me and asked 'can we take one more?' and I said Katrina, I will tell you honestly, no one is going to look at you. She (Katrina) got so wild and I said three guys are walking with blasts happening behind, nobody will notice you. And I kept that shot. In the promo, she blinks while walking. But kaun dekhega." This statement called for a lot of ire on social media as people started trending #ShameOnRohitShetty on Twitter.
