Rohit Roy returns with Sajda Tere Pyaar Mein

Tellybuzz had earlier reported about Varun Badola essaying a pivotal role in Star Plus' Sajda Tere Pyaar Mein under the Ravi Ojha Production's banner. But after Varun Badola was roped in by Zee TV's new show, Phir Subah Hogi, produced by Panglosean Entertainment's Rajesh Chadha and Saurabh Srivastava, the channel has shifted its focus to another other actor of similar caliber.

The latest we hear is that Rohit Roy, last seen as a host on Desi Girl on Imagine, has been roped in to play Mahendra Pratap.

A source informs, "As Varun Badola backed out from the show,the production house has zeroed Rohit Roy to essay the negative lead in the show. Rohit Roy would essay an underworld don who would eventually get married to Aaliya (Deblina Chatterjee)."

We contacted Rohit Roy who says, "I don't know exactly about my character, but yes, I am essaying an important role in Sajda. I might shoot for the same within a few days."

With this, Rohit Roy joins hands with the Sajda cast!
