Riteish pens a sweet note wishing Genelia on their wedding anniversary: "My happiness, my safe place.."

Today as they celebrate their wedding anniversary, Riteish took to his social media handle and shared a lovely picture with his wife while penning a lovely note. In the mushy picture, Riteish could be seen resting his head on Genelia, while both of them have their eyes closed. The couple is also seen twinning in similar grey coloured sweatshirts. Sharing the picture, Deshmukh wrote, "My happiness, my safe place, my life…. Happy 11th Anniversary Baiko….. @geneliad."

As soon as he dropped the picture, fans and his fraternity friends started pouring in their wishes and love for the couple. Actress Dia Mirza dropped two hearts while others wished them.

Shilpa Shetty also took to her social mdia handle and shared a picture with the couple to wish them on their special day. She wrote, "Wishing both of you love, life and tons of happiness my darlings!"

For the unversed, on February 3, 2012, this passionately in love couple exchanged vows after nine years of courting. According to the norms and traditions of both families, the couple married in a church and a Maharashtrian ceremony. The couple first got married in accordance with Hindu tradition, including adhering to all Marathi procedures. The following day, they had a Christian wedding.
