Reports: Prabhas boosts his charges for "Adipurush" to Rs 120 CRORE?

Pan India star Prabhas needs no introduction for himself. The Baahubali star will next be seen in Om Raut's Adipurush. According to reports from Etimes, Prabhas has allegedly increased his remuneration to a staggering amount of Rs 120 crore at a time when movies are battling to gross more than Rs 100 crore at the box office.

According to reports from Bollywoodlife.com, the actor, who is well known for his work in the "Baahubali", has increased his remuneration to a respectable amount. The actor has allegedly urged the makers of 'Adipurush' for a rise of roughly Rs 20 crore even though his salary was estimated to be around Rs 90-100 crore.

The producers, who are already under strain, have apparently felt further pressure as a result of this action. According to reports, if they grant the actor's request, the budget for the movie would go up by about 25% because there is still a sizable amount of filming to be done. It also stated there can be unwelcome friction on the sets if the team refuses Prabhas' demand.

The actor's pay have increased just as his previous movie, "Radhe Shyam," had a box office failure. Despite having a huge budget, the movie didn't succeed in drawing large audiences.

'Adipurush', which is rooted in Hindu mythology, stars Prabhas, Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan in lead roles.
