All of us were ecstatic, jubilant and nostalgic when the reports of the cult youth show, 'Hip Hip Hurray' being re-made after 15 years hit the web..

We reported about how the show was being re-made into a web-series with a NEW cast..

In fact, months later, the cast started shooting and the looks of the cast members had also been out..

However, its been over six months since the shoot was completed..So, what is the update? What is going on with the show..??

According to our sources, the show is all set and totally ready to be aired soon. However, it is being decided whether to do so on the web or provide it to leading channels and put in on television as a finite series. While the web is an emerging canvas, television still remains a juggernaut and appeals to the mass.

Also, the show has been shot in the format and styling of a web series and hence, if it goes on TV, several tweaks and changes may have to be made. It is in the hands of the makers to come down to the final decision and make it soon..
