Raveena Tandon ecstatic over Peter Dinklage's Emmy win

Raveena Tandon is in ebullient mood with Hollywood actor Peter Dinklage grabbing an Emmy for his role in popular fantasy TV series "Game Of Thrones". The actress says she is glad that the Hollywood icon is getting "the recognition he deserves".

"So happy Peter Dinklage won the Emmy game of thrones! He's a brilliant actor! Getting the recognition he deserves," Tandon tweeted.

Dinklage's role as Tyrion Lannister in the HBO series earned him an Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series. The award was presented to him at the 67th annual Primetime Emmy Awards, held in Los Angeles, on Sunday.

This is his second Emmy win in the category he had last won in 2011 for the same show.

The show, a dramatic telling of a story of two families vying for a throne, was also named the Best Drama Series.
