Actor Rashmika Mandanna has already become a popular name in the South Indian films circuit where she has been in films like Kirik Party, Chalo, Dear Comrade and many more. Apart from that though, Mandanna is all set to embark upon a new journey in Bollywood as well where she will be seen in the film, Mission Majnu co-starring Sidharth Malhotra and also in the film, Goodbye starring Amitabh Bachchan and Pavail Gulati.
And while her journey in Bollywood will begin soon, she has already began her journey in the city of dreams - Mumbai where she has moved into a a new house here with her pet dog, Aura. Talking about it with ETimes, Mandanna said, “It has been some time since I moved into my new house, which is modest and beautiful. I just loved the house when I saw it. My pet Aura also loves the place. It’s just the two of us right now but we love being around the place. It’s a new city, new weather and I like it all. I feel like a gypsy. I moved to new addresses in Bengaluru and Hyderabad in the past, when I started working in those cities. And now that I am here, I have a new place to myself here, too.
She added, "I have lived in these other cities and made friends with people. I travel a lot for work but I am not this person who can live in a hotel for too long. I need a home where I can go. I found the right place and people around me, and I am grateful for that. Travelling and settling in new places has been my thing since I was about 17. I had to shift and set up the place myself this time. My parents were in Coorg at that time. So, I’ve told them that one day, even if I am not here, they just need to come here and chill. The house has an earthy-boho feel. It has a chilled-out vibe and a beautiful view, great ventilation and sun rays falling into the house look so pretty.”
We wish the actor all the best for this new journey in Mumbai and in Bollywood as well.
