Ranveer has THIS to say on Anushka and Katrina attending his reception

It is not unknown that hookups and breakups are an integral part of the Bollywood film fraternity. While things sail smoothly for some, they become difficult for others to work and be in the same industry owing to their complicated relationships with their co-stars. For instance, there was a fallout between Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif considering Ranbir Kapoor started dating the latter after apparently cheating on his Tamasha co-star. Similarly, there were rumours of a tiff between Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma as well, who shared a brief period of romance after their 2010 film, Band Baaja Baarat.

However, despite all that Anushka and Katrina did not give Ranveer and Deepika's wedding reception a miss despite rumours of a cold war. What's more? The actor could not stop praising the two ladies and revealed at Famously Filmfare that it was really warm and beautiful that both Katrina and Anushka turned out for his wedding reception with Deepika.

"They weren't there for the sake of it. They were there to wish us well, which was a really lovely gesture," went on to add the actor. "It was very significant & special for me that Anushka came. It meant a lot to me. It really did," Ranveer reportedly confessed on the talk show.

Well, we love how both Anushka and Katrina let bygones be bygones and arrived happily at the DeepVeer reception in Mumbai. In fact, DP and Kat even started following each other on social media. Isn't that just lovely?
