Ranveer gets closer to the mystery..

Star Plus and Rajan Shahi's Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai is taking the audience on a mystery ride, with the track moving towards the revelation of Dadaji's death.

The present track has Ranveer (Kinshuk Mahajan) trying to unearth the real reason behind the death of his Dadaji. He is being helped by the investigating officer, Kiran (Jenice Sobti) in his mission. Also, Sadhana (Sara Khan) who knows the entire truth behind Ranveer's struggle is also providing him a helping hand.

Tonight's episode will see a new entry in the form of an old journalist Krishnakant entering the scenario. He happens to be the journalist who had written an article in the news paper years back, about certain mysterious reasons behind the death of the elderly man (Dadaji) of the Rajvansh family.

According to our source, "Ranveer who has got hold of Krishnakant's address goes to his house along with Sadhana to get more vital information regarding the mystery. The journalist's role is being played by noted actor Ahmed Khan. The guy who used to be a very honest journalist once upon a time has been reduced to living a lonely life away from his family and crowd".

"The story behind this is that, when Srikant wrote about the mysterious reasons behind Dadaji's death, Rajvansh family had tried to close the chapter once and for all by buying the doctors in the hospital and getting the postmortem report changed. They also embarrass him in open which puts a question mark on his honesty. This leaves the man shattered, and he kind of loses his mental state", adds our source.

Confirming his role in Bidaai, Ahmed Khan told Telly Buzz, "Yes, I play the role of a mentally disturbed person. I get annoyed when I hear the name of Rajvanshs because of all the disturbances of the past".

"Srikant will initially refuse to help Ranveer and Sadhana as they belong to the same ruthless and money-hungry Rajvansh family. However, when he understands the real intention behind Ranveer's search, he decides to help them out in solving the case and provides them some shocking leads that lead Ranveer closer to solving the mystery", further informs our source.
