Anirban Blah, the prime accused in the #MeToo movement, who had to step down from his post from the renowned talent management, after four women had accused of harassment, is once again in the news for wrong reasons. It's hardly been six months since his name cropped in #MeToo and the man now has the audacity to throw a party which many B-town celebs shied away from attending. But Harsh Goenka, the influential businessman and Bollywood star Rana Daggubati attended the bash. Naturally, Twitterati were in no mood to spare Harsh Goenka and Rana for attending the do. Here are some of the choicest tweets that are surfacing in the net-space, slamming and trolling Harsh Goenka and Rana.
It would be pertinent to note that the MeToo movement swept across the country like a powerful wave after actress Tanushree Datta decided to give her accounts of suffering at the hands of Nana Patekar. Many Bollywood actresses, artists, and models also narrated their horrid experiences. The first name to crop up after the said episode was that of actor Alok Nath, followed by Vivek Agnihotri, Sajid khan, Vikas Bahl, Kunal Kamra, Suhel Seth Tanmay Bhatt, Aditi Mittal, Gursimran Khamba, Sajid Khan, Mukesh Chhabra, Sushant Singh Rajput, Rajat Kapur and many more.
The modeling world was rocked when Anirban Blah's name came to the fore, post which in his letter, he had self-admitted to the crime that he was so dejected that he even tried to commit suicide during midnight at Vashi bridge in Mumbai. After this, he was handed over to the police who sent him back to his family in Bombay.
What is shocking is that now in a gala dinner party on the occasion of the launch of his restaurant, which was attended by the who’s who of Bollywood (many B-town stars chose against turning up), Mr. Harsh Goenka was spotted at the do. Among his guests were also restaurateurs Aditi Dugar, Vir Kotak, and Divya Prabhakar, gin entrepreneur Vidur Gupta, Chef Sujan Sarkar, and actor and foodie Rana Daggubati.
