Ram Gopal Verma REFUTES rumors about RANGEELA 2'!

Ace filmmaker Ram Gopal Verma's romantic comedy drama 'Rangeela' from the early 90's had been a tremendous hit among the audience. The film that starred Urmila Matondkar, Jackie Shroff and Aamir Khan had been loved by the viewers. The fans now seem to be waiting with bated breath for the second installment of the film.

Rumors were rife that RGV is in plans to come with a sequel of 'Rangeela. However, the director who is gearing up for his next film 'Sarkar 3' has refuted all the rumors about the film.

During a recent interaction with the media, at the trailer launch of 'Sarkar 3', he was asked if he would come up with 'Rangeela 2' and he said, "No that isn't true." (sic)

RGV's upcoming film "Sarkar 3" is the third installment of the "Sarkar" franchise and the trailer of the film has been garnering a good response.

Talking about the Amitabh Bachchan starrer, 'Sarkar 3', he said, ''Sarkar 3' is full of gray characters. There is no such hero or heroine or a villain as such. All of them strongly believe in their own convictions." (sic)

The film also stars Manoj Bajpayee, Amit Sadh, Jackie Shroff and Yami Gautam.

"Sarkar 3" is set to hit the silver screens on April 7.
