I'm a pure-vegetarian guy. My diet is usually low on carbs. I avoid fattening food. However, there is one day in a week where I allow myself to indulge.

Not actually, just try to eat healthy stuff. Try to eat right food at the right time. I eat at every 2-3 hour interval.
Do you equate fitness with the shape of the body?
Umm…Yeah of course. If you are fit it will show. If you are not fit the excess fat(or the lack of it) will show. Obviously it can't be good. It's better to be in good shape outside as it reflects a healthy you inside. It also helps you with your personal confidence.
How were you in your teen years and now?
Well, until my tenth standard I was slightly chubby…my friends sort of used to tease me about it and I didn't like it. Then during my tenth vacations I decided that I'm going to change my life in these holidays. When I returned to school, I shocked everyone. I had lost 14 kilograms in two months! Since then, there has been no looking back for me. And I continue to be the same way now and even in future.

Yoga is also a good way to work out as it not only keeps you fit physically but also mentally. It's a great stress-buster which is much needed in my profession so I'm going to start it very soon too.
