'Pushpa: The Rise' Part 1 confirms release date on Amazon after being a blockbuster in theaters

The past couple of days have all been about multiple postponements and cancellations of some of the biggest films. The likes of RRR and RadheShyam have seen an indefinite postponement in their release date and on the other hand, some other big films have seen a temporary cancellation in their shoots due to rising COVID-19 cases in the country.

But amidst all this, the biggest and most heartening success story needs to be highlighted and that has been the case with the Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa: The Rise Part 1. The film that released in mid-December has broken astronomical records and is now the highest-grossing Indian film in the post-pandemic era. Even the Hindi version of Pushpa has managed to strike a chord and now the film will be available to more and more viewers soon.

After this mammoth success theatrically, Pushpa: The Rise Part 1 has confirmed its digital release date now. The film is all set to arrive on Amazon Prime Video and will be available for streaming 7th January 2022 onwards. Amazon Prime Video India's Instagram page confirmed the same posting, "He’ll fight. Apart from Allu Arjun, Pushpa: The Rise Part 1 also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in principal roles. The film is directed by Sukumar who collaborates with leading man Allu Arjun for the third time after delivering two blockbusters in the form of Arya and Arya 2.
