A lot has been spoken and written about Pulkit Samrat's failed marriage and his alleged extra- marital affair with Yami Gautam.

While, Pulkit had been tight lipped about the whole situation till now, he broke his silence about his wife's miscarriage a few days back.

Now, Pulkit's wife has come out in the open and revealed that it was Yami Gautam who broke their marriage.

During an interview with a leading tabloid, Shweta has revealed that it was Yami who came in between them and spoiled their happy married life. "Yami broke my marriage. I have finally come out of my illusion; so many people cannot lie. Everything was fine between us until one person came in between."

When the reporter quizzed her as to what went wrong in their marriage she said, "I asked him this question several times, but never got an answer. He was always evasive and would say, 'I will talk about it later'."

On Pulkit's closeness to Yami while they were still together, she said, "She used to stay in the same building as my mother in Andheri. Pulkit and I used to spend a lot of time at my mom's place. She (Yami) used to come over and play with my dog. But for me she does not exist now. At the same time, I want to thank her for showing me Pulkit's true colours."

On a concluding note when she was asked if she will ever consider a reconciliation she firmly retorted, "Why would I want to reconcile with a person who has stooped so low, a person who cannot sit across the table and tell me the reason."

With this comes an end to all Pulkit- Shweta's speculations and rumours!
