'Ban Piya' Song Out: Isabelle Kaif's debut song has her shaking a leg with Pulkit Samrat

The song “Ban Piya” from the upcoming film Suswagatam Khushamadeed was released today, featuring actors Pulkit Samrat and Isabelle Kaif. The track marks the first musical glimpse into the film, which focuses on a cross-cultural romance set against a backdrop of unity and diversity.

Sung by Armaan Malik, Dhvani Bhanushali, Amol Shrivastava, and Abhishek Talented, “Ban Piya” is composed by the duo Amol-Abhishek, with lyrics penned by Abhishek. Choreographer Ganesh Acharya has designed energetic dance sequences for the song, aiming to capture the festive theme of the film.

Director Dhiraj Kumar described “Ban Piya” as central to the film’s atmosphere. “This song represents the spirit of Suswagatam Khushamadeed. Pulkit and Isabelle brought strong energy to the set, and we envisioned the number as a cultural celebration,” he said. He also emphasized that the song was shot on a large scale to match the film’s theme of cross-cultural unity.

Choreographer Ganesh Acharya said that creating the dance routines for “Ban Piya” was an enjoyable experience. He highlighted the chemistry between the lead actors and noted that the visual scale was designed to reflect the festive storyline.

Suswagatam Khushamadeed, directed by Dhiraj Kumar, explores the themes of love, humor, and cultural integration. The film is produced by Sharwan Kumar Agarwal, Anil Agarwal, Dhiraj Kumar, Deepak Dhar, Azaan Ali, and Suneel Rao, with co-producers Javed Deoriawale, Ajay Baranwal, Sanjay Surana, Ashfa Hassan, and Sadiya Asim.

Along with Samrat and Kaif, the film features an ensemble cast including Sahil Vaid, Priyanka Singh, the late Rituraj Singh, Meghna Malik, the late Arun Bali, Neela Mulherkar, Manu Rishi Chaddha, Prashant Singh, Rajkumar Kanoujia, Mehul Surana, Shruti Ulfat, and Sajjad Delafrooz.

The film is presented by Reliance Entertainment in collaboration with Insite India, Endemol Shine India, Yellow Ant Productions, Shurbhi Entertainment, Azaan Entertainment, and U Entertainment.

The music album is being launched under Zee Music Company. Suswagatam Khushamadeed is set to release in cinemas across India on May 16, 2025.
