Priyanka Chopra honored with an 8-month-old Koala named after her; expresses gratitude to Paradise Country

While filming for The Bluff, Priyanka Chopra is truly embracing her time in Australia. She's exploring different spots, sharing her adventures, and delighting fans with cheerful updates. During a recent visit to Australia's Paradise Country, she was warmly greeted by the team, who went the extra mile by naming an 8-year-old Koala after her, surprising her with this thoughtful gesture.

Priyanka sported a dark grey tee, light grey slacks, and a grey jacket, topping off the ensemble with a black cap, hair tied back, and stylish dark sunglasses. She posted a video of a meerkat perched on her head, sharing laughs and poses. Priyanka also giggled at a meerkat standing on her friend's head, in addition to sharing moments with a kangaroo, Tasmanian devil, and a dingo through pictures and videos.

She took to her Instagram handle to glimpses from her visit. She also penned a note which read, “A 8 month old koala joey named after me!! So sweet.. thank you @paradisecountrygc for the lovely surprise and for introducing us to the most amazing wildlife. Meerkats, koalas, kangaroos, Tasmanian devils and Dingo’s! Thank you for all the work you’re doing for wildlife conservation in Australia as well. Magical Sunday afternoon Sound on Welcome to GC @anjula_acharia @danasupnick."
