Priya Wal in Balaji Telefilms' Desi Twilight titled 'Fanaa'

Priya Wal the bratty Anwesha of Remix fame is back on television with Balaji Telefilms' Desi version of Twilight on Star One, which has been titled 'Fanaa'.

According to our source, "Auditions for the Star One show has been on for quite a while now, but they could not find the right faces for the roles. Many known as well as new faces were considered, and the channel and production house are on the verge of finalizing things now".

Priya Wal happens to be the first known face who has been cast for the show.

Our source states, "Priya Wal has been finalized to play one of the sisters in the show. She will play one of the main leads. The male lead has also been finalized, and is a completely new face. The rest of the principal characters are expected to be fresh faces again".

When contacted, Priya Wal confirmed the news to TellyBuzz and said, "Yes, I am part of Balaji Telefilms' Fanaa on Star One. I will be playing one of the central characters in the show, of the youngest sister".

Priya Wal was last seen in Balaji Telefilms' Kahaani Ghar Ghar Ki on Star Plus.

The rest of the cast is expected to be finalized soon. The production house plans to go on floor with the show by the end of this week.
