Priya Chauhan locked in for MTV’s Nishedh

Pyaar Ki Ek Kahani fame Priya Chauhan has been roped in for MTV’s fiction show Nishedh. 

The fictional series of 13 episodes by Viacom18 and MTV Staying Alive Foundation will portray stories centered around societal issues such as reproductive health, mental health, child spacing, tuberculosis, malnutrition etc. 

The show will reflect the trials and tribulations of the youth and stir conversations around societal issues that are not widely spoken about. 

The show is all set to premiere in the month of January itself.

Gaurav Vig is also going to join the cast of Nishedh.

Debutants Priya Yadav and Diksha Juneja will also be a part of the show.
