Prachee Shah Pandya to host the show Rangoli!

The melodious show Rangoli that airs on DD National every Sunday is a treat to the viewers. It has been decades that this show is on air and it has a huge fan following too which has made the show run come so far, and it seems that for many more years this show will entertain its audience.

The gorgeous Bollywood diva Hema Malini was the first celebrity to host this show. Later we saw the actresses Prachee Shah Pandya and Shweta Tiwari hosting the show.

Prachee Shah Pandya who had hosted Rangoli 5 years back for around 2 years is back with hosting the show all over again. Our source informed us, "Prachee Shah Pandya who is currently seen in Sunjoy Wadhva's Sphere Origins daily soap Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon...Ek Baar Phir is also anchoring the show Rangoli."

On the same we got in touch with Prachee to know what made her get back to the show Rangoli, and she said, "I got a call from DD National for hosting the show Rangoli and in no time I said yes to them.  I love hosting and Rangoli is a fantastic show as we all know and getting a chance to host the show yet once again is an opportunity not be missed."

"I still remember the time when I used to watch this show during my childhood days when Hemaji hosted it, and seeing myself as a host for the same show makes me feel very happy."

Further she elaborated saying, "I am very much fond of classical music and Rangoli being a classical music based show makes me more than happy to be a part of it. I have hosted the show Urja on Zee TV and also a few live events too, and I enjoyed my experience as a host."

Prachi is impressed with the new advanced set that she inspired her too, "5 years back we did not have the HD set that we have now. We have a big and a beautiful set with very lively decor which impresses you visually too. I have already shot for the first episode of the show yesterday and it was great. It was almost like a flashback when I hosted this show a few years back. I cherish those memories and am re-living them now."

Through this show she gets to connect with the audience says Prachee, "There is a session in the show where I read out the mails of fans and that is so happening. I feel connected to the viewers of the show as a host and through this fan mail session which is really awesome. I get to learn a lot about the artists too when I am hosting and that is the best part."

But well, Prachee does not like it when people underestimate the channel DD National, "I don't understand why do people underestimate DD National channel. This channel has fantastic and meaningful shows and the reach of this channel is in every corner of our country and also overseas. It is one of the best channels that we have on television I feel."

As we all know that she is currently seen in the show Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon... Ek Baar Phir on Star Plus which is a daily soap, and handling two shows at a time is a tough task.

But when we asked her how she manages her time for both the show we found out that it is not difficult for Prachee to do two shows at a time, "I do not have to shoot for 30 days in a month for the show Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon... Ek Baar Phir, hence it is not a problem with me to dedicate few days for hosting the show Rangoli. When you do something that you like than time adjusts by itself (Smiles)."

The viewers will get to see Prachee Shah Pandya as the host for Rangoli from the end of this month, who is all set to entertain the viewers with her anchoring skills.
