Talented actor Nirbhay Wadhwa, popular as Dushashana of Star Plus' Mahabharat, is all set to win audience's heart once again with Sankat Mochan Mahabali Hanumaan on Sony TV.
Nirbhay will be seen essaying the character of Hanuman and he is quite elated and excited about it. In a candid chat with TellyBuzz, Nirbhay shares that how he feels for the role and more about it...
Nirbhay says, "I am feeling very good about playing the character of Hanuman and comfortable too. People say that its tough to get yourself decked up in such costumes but for me initially it was difficult but now I am so comfortable that I can run and do anything in this attire. Its feels very nice to switch from a negative to positive on-screen. Its like a dream come true for me and I am very thankful to Sony and Contiloe for giving me such a big responsibility and I hope that I will give my best to it."
Playing Hanuman requires a lot of physical efforts and he is happily managing everything well. He says, "It take around 1-2 hours to get ready for the role. It requires a lot of physical training. I have to go to the gym daily and can't afford a single day off. Because of the early morning shifts, I don't get time to go to the gym. So, I workout everyday after my pack up."
Nirbhay is also coming across a lot of challenges while playing this character. Talking about the challenges, he says, "There are a lot of challenges that I am coming across everyday. I am taking care of giving my best as an actor and also keep my body fit. It is difficult to speak with the stuffing in the mouth, that I use to get the look of Hanuman. However, I do take care of my dialogue delivery and diction."
Talking about the research Nirbhay has done for the role, he adds, "I have done a lot of research for the role and watched some old movies and serials where Dara Singh Ji played Hanuman. I
am also learning a lot from the writers of the show. The show will get into every single detail on the life of Lord
Hanuman which can't be found even on the internet. The writers of the show have
done a lot of research work while writing this series."
