We contacted Aanchal who confirmed the news, " Yes I am doing an episodic in Gumraah. It's a real story based on the Delhi School MMS scandal. I am playing the character of the school girl whose MMS clip was leaked. The story is about how it was leaked and who did it. It was great doing an episodic. I have done single episodes before but for this one, in one scene I had to use a body rig which was very heavy. That was a first for me."
Vikas Gupta co producer of Gumraah told Tellybuzz , "Every single day we have MMS coming out in almost every single cities of India. The series doesn't talk about any one story in specific. Aanchal has performed brilliantly and so has Samridh who plays Arpit in the first movie. The team has worked hard on it,hope we get good response on the same.
Karan Kundra says " Aanchal and Samridh have surprised me with their superb performance in the show."
The episode will be aired on 11th March 2012 on Channel V at 7 pm which will also features interviews with Milan Luthria director of once upon a Time in Mumbai and The Dirty picture and Kainaaz lead of Ragini MMS.
