Parth Samthaan: I just got done with a Netflix show, Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan might happen if things work out

Parth Samthaan has been going places with the kind of work he has been doing and continues to do. The actor's latest music video Mere Haaniya has received a lot of love and continues to keep the actor in the news. India Forums got in touch with the actor for a quick chat, where he revealed if it gets monotonous to do music videos, what he wishes to do ahead, and if he is satisfied with the work he is doing.

Shooting in this format is fun and has been an increasing trend. For someone who has done so many, does it get monotonous?

It does get monotonous, now it has gotten so and now I would like to take a break from it and do something different, and not do the same romantic song. I would rather do a dance song or something I haven't done and that is what I am looking for. I have a couple of more songs coming, one is a dance number, it is based on marriage and I am waiting for that.

What is the kind of work you are looking to do, barring music videos?

I just got done with a Netflix show and it is likely to come in April, it is a big show and I am glad to be a part of it. Apart form that, if things go well and the dates work out and the channel figures it out, season 4 of Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan is also going to happen. They are still considering it, but I am being positive about it, and apart from that, there is a film that is happening, so there are a couple of things happening in the year ahead itself.

At this point of time, how safe is it to say you are creatively satisfied?

An actor can never be satisfied because there are too many characters to play, shoes to fill in, and too many things to do as an actor and you get to live a different life altogether for a certain amount of time. For example, me playing a tailor will mean I will have to learn everything about it, so there is so much to do, and this is one character. We will not be creatively satisfied but we can be happy that we are growing everyday with every character.
