'Panchayat' Season 2 confirms release date

If you thought that Amazon Prime Video's recent mega announcement is for the near future and might take a while to have mega shows coming in and out, you might wanna ponder on that.

The announcement that consisted of announcing over 40 projects also included the likes of shows like Modern Love: Mumbai, Hyderabad and Chennai - three versions of the international adaptation. But one show that has become as popular as some of the biggest ones on the streaming platform is Panchayat.

The TVF created show release back in April 2020 and became an instant hit garnering immense love and appreciation from everyone in all forms. Panchayat was also a part of the announcement where it was confirmed that it was set to be back with a new season.

But little did we know that we are in for a pleasant surprise as it was confirmed only a while ago that Panchayat Season 2 is coming back on 20th May 2022-

The TVF show star Jitendra Kumar in the lead apart from actors Raghubir Yadav, Neena Gupta, Chandan Roy and Faisal Malik playing supporting roles.

It is expected that actor Pooja Singh will play a much bigger role after her last episode appearance in Season 1.
