Pakistani social media users give support to Sania Mirza following Shoaib Malik-Sana Javed wedding

Social media has been abuzz for the past couple of days, and one of the main reasons for that has been the news about former Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik getting married to Pakistani actress Sana Javed. Out of nowhere, it dropped like a bomb where Malik went on to share a couple of photos of himself getting married to Javed and them being dressed in wedding attire and all smiles.

Following this, a massive conversation ensued on social media, which was mostly directed towards immense support for Malik's former wife and Indian tennis legend, Sania Mirza. It was only yesterday that we went on to report about how Mirza's family was forced to issue a statement owing to immense scrutiny on their life and their not responding to the news about the wedding.

And while there has been immense support in general for Mirza, even Pakistani social media users went on to offer their words of support and love to the six-time Grand Slam winner.

For the uninitiated, Mirza and Malik married back in April 2010, and they stayed married for over a decade. Back in 2018, the couple gave birth to their son, Izhaan Mirza Malik in 2018. Rumours about the couple's marriage going through a rough patch hit the news last year, and following it was mentioned that it had hit rock bottom. This was further intensified when a video of Mirza giving a tour of her new house was released, and there were no photographs of Malik or their marriage as well.
