'OVERSMART, Behave': SC SLAMS Samay Raina's recent remarks in Canada over IGL Row, warns of STRICT ACTIONS

Samay Raina, who has been in the headlines for quite some time now, recently addressed the ongoing India's Got Latent controversy during his Canada Tour. Raina was seen speaking about his 'low phase' and how he will bounce back because he is 'Samay (time) himself.'

Well, recently, during the hearing of Ranveer Allhabadia's plea in the Supreme Court, justice Surya Kant was heard slamming Samay's recent remarks during his Canada tour. Without mentioning names, Kant said how youngsters these days are being 'oversmart.' ''These youngsters are being oversmart...they think we are an outdated generation probably,'' said Kant.

''One of them has gone to Canada and spoken there. They don't know the jurisdiction which this Court enjoys and what probably can be done. We don't want to because they are young, we understand. Behave, or else we know how to deal with you,'' he further added.

For those who do not know, during his recent live show in Canada, Raina was seen taking a dig at Ranveer Allahbadia and said, ''There will be many moments in this show where you might expect me to say something really funny. But just remember BeerBiceps at those times. Shayad samay kharab chal raha hai mera, par yaad rakhna doston, main samay hoon.''

The controversy began after a clip of Beer Biceps, aka, Ranveer Allahbadia, where he is seen asking a contestant if he would 'want to watch his parents have sex for the rest of his life or join them and stop it forever' went viral on the internet and sparked widespread outrage. Not only has Raina's show 'India's Got Latent' been axed by the court, but the panel of guests present on the show have also been interrogated.
