Our show always had challenges: Neil Bhatt of 'Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin' promises to bounce back

On Friday, 10th March 2023 an incident occurred on the sets of ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’ and a fire broke out. All crew members and artists present on the sets were safely evacuated and an investigation was carried out to determine the cause of the incident. An official statement was issued by its production house - Cockcrow Entertainment Shaika Films.

A spokesperson from Cockcrow Entertainment Shaika Films mentioned, “The members of the cast and crew of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin are safe and unharmed by the unfortunate fire incident at the set today. We are taking all the necessary steps to ensure everyone's safety and well-being. While we will set up an inquiry to go to the root cause of the fire, our focus is also to work towards providing continuity and keeping the viewers engaged."

Now, Neil Bhatt who plays the character of Virat Chavan in the show took to social media to share his thoughts on the accident. Neil was seen in an emotional state as he saw the entire set burn down to ashes in front of his eyes. He was among the few actors who was present until late evening at the location.

Neil took to his official Instagram account and wrote a note. He stated: #GhumHaiKisikeyPyaarMeiin Like a lot of shows started in trying times like COVID. Our show has always had challengea before and after it started. This particular incident is unprecedented and extremely unfortunate. But with the love of the audience and unending support that you'll have shown in the past two days is overwhelming. #GhumHaiKisikeyPyaarMeiin will bounce back and we'll come back stronger.
