Our own James Bond Karan Grover!

Karan Grover is getting popular among Masses and ‘Sky is the Limit’ to his enthusiasm. An all charged-up Karan wanted to perform a crucial fight scene in Meri Awaz Ko Mil Gayi Roshni. The scene was a fight in the rain where Raj(played by Karan) is saving Sudha from bandits. Karan was required to lift an overweight bandit and throw him away. In the process, Karan sprained his neck and the shooting got delayed. However, the actor then faced the camera again and while performing the same stunt, the reverse happened and he got thrown away by the bandit… A second time unlucky Karan had to take a break from shoot with a sprained neck and bruises on arms.


ALSO READ: Karan V Grover joins Sony SAB’s Dhruv Tara as the fearless king Our Telly Buzz Team caught up with Karan to wish him a speedy recovery and this is what our ‘Desi Bond’ had to say, “Don’t worry, my neck is getting better!!” Talking about the experience, he exclaimed, “ The scene is when few hooligans start to harass Sudha and I get to save her. It is a major fight sequence shot in the rain. The whole area was slippery and muddy. The fight was intense where the men had to fall over me, hit me, push me. It was then that I suffered a sprained neck and I could not shoot for nearly 2 hours. I had to apply ice pack, get a massage done before I shot the scene again. My pain and injury got worse as I suffered bruises on my arms when the man pushed me over and I tripped and fell. After the heroic day, I got a half day’s off”.


This is Enthusiasm and Determination at its Best!! On asked whether he will prefer to be more careful now, the actor was quick to say, “Give me another stunt scene today, I will surely do it.” Way to Go, Karan!!

This is a glimpse at the heroic deed of Karan, but are we keen to know when this incident happened? The exact date and time when Karan got hurt was at 7pm on the 7th of July… Just give a thought, Is this the ‘Bond Effect” on this Special Day?
