Imagine biting into a burger with black buns! Here comes the 'Dark Knight' burger!

For many, burgers are only about patties. But if you get to eat a mouthful of burger made of scrumptious patties and black bun instead of the conventional brown ones, the buns will surely get your undivided attention.

The capital's Dude Food restaurant has made a quirky culinary invention by launching The Dark Knight burger, which has black buns, a special tangy sauce and big size patties.

Vegetarians can enjoy the potato wedges and pickled vegetables patty and non-vegetarians can indulge in chicken ones, but with time there will be more options for meat lovers.

"Youth mostly goes for black. We thought of giving them what they like. It took us six months to make the burger right," Sumit Goyal, grand wizard, Light Bulb Moments at Dude Food, told IANS.

He didn't disclose the ingredients used in making the black bun but said that there is not much of a difference in taste if one compares it with the regular ones.

"If you close your eyes and eat the black bun, you won't be able to tell the difference," he said.
