Not even getting one fourth of rumoured 1000 crore fees for Bigg Boss: Salman Khan

Colors TV is back with the sixteenth season of the most controversial reality show Bigg Boss. The show is set to hit the TV screens from 1st October 2022. The show has created a lot of buzz and people are eagerly waiting for it to go on floors.

Tonight, a press conference for the show's launch was held in a plush hotel in Mumbai wherein the super host of the show- Salman Khan interacted with media and spoke about his association with the show.

The event was hosted by Gauahar Khan. Salman was his candid best and announced the show to be different, bigger and better this time around. When asked about his speculated fees every year and his reaction to the same, Salman joked, "If I get paid 1000 crore for this, I wouldn't work only after This. This is not true. My actual fees is not even one fourth of the speculated amount".

Salman addressed the media and jokingly quipped , "You know when you guys quote this kind of amount in articles, ED and Income Tax department also notice and then they reach out to me and then learn my real fees".

Salman being his candid best further added, " And even if I'm getting paid that kind of money, do you know about the kind of expanses I have? Lawyers fees are a lot to pay. I earn from here and keep paying them." Members of media hooted and claped for Salman taking a humorous dig at himself.

When asked if he gets mentally affected with the intense 'Weekend Ka Vaar' sessions, Salman gave a quirky reply and said, "Not at all, I have bigger issues in life to be affected by. "

Later, Salman stated that the show is set to be quite unexpectable and more fun than before.
