Renowned Choreographer Remo Dsouza who is gearing up for the launch of Dance Plus 5 landed into big trouble. A court in Ghaziabad issued a non-bailable warrant against him after he failed to appear in court over an alleged fraud case.

In 2016, a case was filed against Dsouza by Satyendra Tyagi, a resident of Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad wherein he alleged that Dsouza had taken an amount of rupees 5 crores from him in order to finance his upcoming film, Amar Must Die. The complainant stated that Dsouza promised to return double the money he borrowed that is 10 Crore after his film releases. However, Remo never returned the money and failed to appear in court for the hearing for the case.

As per a report in Indian Express, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Atish Kumar stated that a warrant was issued by additional chief judicial magistrate Mahendra Rawat and will be served to the choreographer in Mumbai after receiving permission from the Inspector General of Police, Meerut Zone.
