No More Romance for Shahid

For an actor who has thrived on romantic comedies, it comes as a surprise that Shahid Kapur recently announced his desire to ditch romantic movies for something a little more action packed.

Busy with not one, but two romantic flicks, Shahid recently stated that he is tired of playing the romantic lover boy and is eager to welcome scripts that will allow him to don the role of an action hero. 

Currently the actor is wrapping up his home production, Mausam; the romance saga he has been busy with for the past four years! The film, about a naval officer and requiring Shahid to done a moustache, is expected to release on the 16th of September and co-stars Sonam Kapoor.

If that wasn't enough Shahid is also halfway through shooting another romance movie with (ex?) Priyanka Chopra for director Kunal Kohli.What do you have to say, do you prefer him as a lover boy or as a action hero?
