Neetu Kapoor: Alia & Ranbir are made for each other; I adore Alia

Unless you are living under a rock, you would definitely be aware about the constant buzz surrounding the impending and much-awaited wedding of Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor. The couple is set to get married next week on April 17 at RK Bungalow in Chembur and everyone has been talking about it almost constantly. 

Every other day, a new update comes in as to what and how will the wedding nuptials take place that even includes Kapoor's bachelor party among other things. But Kapoor's mother, Neetu Singh Kapoor, who is making her TV debut with Dance Deewane Junior has also remain tight-lipped about it but did respond to questions about it.

When asked about the big day, Neetu Kapoor said, “I would like to celebrate it and say it out loud. But kids today are different. I don’t know about the big day myself, as both are very private people. Kab kar lenge pata nahi. But hogi and I wish jaldi ho jaaye because I love them both. Alia is a lovely girl and I just adore her. She is a beautiful person, and they are made for each other. They are very similar.”

She further talked about Alia Bhatt saying, “Ranbir is pure-hearted and uncorrupted. He sees everything in a positive way. He doesn’t harbour jealousy or ill feelings for anyone. I see the same quality in Alia. She feels no jealousy for anyone. They are confident and don’t have anything bad to say about anyone even if someone’s movie is doing well or is better looking. They appreciate everyone and that’s what I like about them. They are made for each other, and they complement each other.”
