Namish Taneja Becomes Victim of ATM Fraud!

Namish Taneja who rose to fame with Swaragini and who will soon be seen in Colors Vidya recently became the victim of an ATM fraud. The actor was duped of Rs 50,000.

Namish confirmed the news to a portal and said that he was in a theatre when he got a call from the bank informing that they have blocked his debit card. The bank had suspected battery of  fraudulent transactions from Namish's account and he was shocked when he saw five messages concerning withdrawal of ten thousand each.

The actor then filed an FIR in Amboli police station. He also revealed that the bank called him up to tell him that he wouldn’t have to bear the brunt of this fraudulent transaction. The fraud had happened due to negligence from the bank’s end.

Though the actor is going to get his money back, he feels that it was a major concern which propelled him to file an FIR.
