Naga Chaitanya’s much-awaited film Thandel has finally hit the big screens, and his biggest cheerleader is none other than his wife, actress Sobhita Dhulipala. As excitement for the film reached its peak, Sobhita took to social media to express her love and admiration for her husband and his hard work on the project.
A day before the release, Sobhita shared a heartfelt message on her Instagram Stories along with a poster of Thandel. She praised Chaitanya’s dedication, stating how she had seen him stay focused and positive throughout the making of the film. Her excitement was evident as she eagerly awaited the audience’s reaction to what she called an “extraordinary love story.”
Apart from her encouraging words, she also teased Chaitanya about his rugged look for the film. In a lighthearted note written in Telugu, she playfully remarked that she would finally get to see his face after he shaves his beard. This sweet banter added a fun personal touch to their otherwise public exchange.

Chaitanya responded with equal warmth by resharing her post and replying, “Thank you my bujjithalli” (a term of endearment) along with a heart emoji. This cute interaction between the couple won the hearts of their fans, who adored their chemistry both on and off the screen.
The couple, who tied the knot on December 4 in a beautiful ceremony at Annapurna Studios, Hyderabad, have been enjoying their journey as newlyweds. Their wedding was an intimate affair attended by close family and friends. Ever since, fans have been curious whether they will ever collaborate professionally. Addressing the speculation, Chaitanya revealed in a recent interview that they are open to working together but are waiting for the right script that resonates with both of them.
As for Thandel, the film is a gripping romantic drama directed by Chandoo Mondeti. It follows the story of a fisherman who accidentally drifts into Pakistani waters and finds himself imprisoned. Alongside Chaitanya, the talented Sai Pallavi plays a pivotal role in the film. Produced by Bunny Vasu under Geetha Arts and presented by veteran producer Allu Aravind,
