Nach Baliye's 'Shaoika' have an intense love story to share. The pair met at Sasural Simar Ka and have come a long way since. On Nach, they made their mark into the star studded line-up of contestants. Dipika Kakar and Koi Laut Ke Aaya Hai's Shoaib Ibrahim built quite a good case for strong competitors on Nach Baliye 8. The couple, who just got eliminated created a dance journey worth bragging about and through the course of the show grew as dancers and as partners. We saw everything from romance, fiery chemistry, challenging steps and stunning acts.

They did well in an uphill battle and you've got to see what the highlights of their journey looked like-

When they transformed into artwork

This has got to be one of the most aesthetic acts of their time on stage. This act used some genius stage directions. It had moments where Dipika and Shoaib played still portraits and it looked just like art. The performance brought out their personalities as a couple. They has the cutest twists and turns to add to it.

When they prompted a standing ovation!

This was one impact-full performance! The pair played army soldiers and enacted a battle scene in one of the early episodes. It was intense and their expressions kept up with that intensity. It was a powerful portrayal of war and the patriotic sentiment. The dance was so good, it prompted a standing ovation and a grand salute from the judges and the audience. We also saw an emotional Dipika who revealed the subject is close to her heart as her father was in the army.

When they Re-Created the 'Hum Dil De Chuke' moment

With bollywood magic in the air, this one was a given. They took on one of the most iconic Bollywood scenes in an act. It was a scene straight out of the movie Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and they fit right into the roles of Salman Khan and Aishwariya Rai. How's that for filmy fever?

This romantic proposal

If we were to rate the most stellar moment of the couple on the show, this one would definitely make the top of the list. Dipika Kakar and Shoaib Ibrahim laid bare their feelings for each other in this one. Their dance routine revolved around having to deal with a rough marriage and finding someone who fixes you. It was a beautiful performance full of emotion and by the end of it, Shoaib proposed! He gave his long-time girlfriend a surprise and asked her hand in marriage right on stage.

The performance also won them their first perfect 30 and we think they totally deserve it!

This fiery, daring dance

We saw the couple evolve as their dancing grew stronger and they put in a lot more in their routines. This one was complete with fire techniques and a bunch of skill-oriented moves. The pair along with their choreographer really packed a punch with this daring routine that was high on the hotness quotient quite literally.

They were unafraid and their fierce performance gave the competition something to think about!

When they effortlessly blend in with a badass dance group

Remo came in with a challenge on the show. Dipika and Shoaib took on the curve ball with such sass, it was impressive. They did a fun group routine and played children in an orphanage. The couple brought innocence, playfulness and the air of team bonding that held the routine together. We loved how they didn't just rely on professional dancers but also did some of the challenging steps themselves.
