Dipika Kakar takes delight in simple joys of life after critical liver surgery

Dipika Kakar is back home, and she is recovering slowly. The actress underwent an almost 12-hour long liver surgery at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. She was diagnosed with a tumour in her liver lobe, and the doctors suggested surgery. Apparently, it was malignant. Now, the doctors are doing a biopsy of the tumour to decide the further course of treatment for Dipika Kakar. The actress had stitches on her neck during the surgery. In his latest vlog, Shoaib Ibrahim said that now the stitches have been removed. It seems she has developed some rashes, which should heal soon.

Shoaib Ibrahim said that he had gone to buy some toys for Ruhaan. He said it is Dipika Kakar who buys his toys and stuff online but he decided to shop for some stuff as he was near a toy store. It seems Ruhaan has now settled down now that his mother is at home. Dipika Kakar was operated on by Dr Somnath Chattopadhyaya who is one of the leading liver transplant surgeons of India. She thanked his team in a detailed post as she described her fight with the situation. Dipika Kakar is known for her work on TV which includes the very successful show Sasural Simar Ka.

The actress shared that she had a head bath. It seems she felt great washing her hair after 12 days. It made her feel a lot fresher and relaxed. Shoaib Ibrahim said that he has been busy so the vlogs are far and few. He said Dipika Kakar would make a vlog where she would describe the entire journey of the treatment and how she felt in those life-altering moments. The past few weeks have been tough for the couple. But Dipika is determined to fight back and reclaim her life. The whole TV industry has sent her love and strength.
