Ex Big Brother contestant Priya Malik, who had entered Colors' popular reality show Bigg Boss 9- Double Trouble as a wild card entrant, has got eliminated this week.
Priya was chosen to be the second finalist of the show but she couldn't be safe in the nominations and thus she had to bid adieu to the house. In a candid conversation with TellyBuzz, Priya shared more about her journey in the house, her elimination, future plans and much more...
Talking about her journey and elimination from the house, Priya shared, "My journey in the house has been absolutely amazing. it has been an adventurous and an accumulating journey for me, mixture of good and bad. Bigg Boss was more emotionally and physically challenging for me as compared to Bigg Brother. I guess that being declared as the finalist of the show kind of backfired because a lot of viewers, my fans and even my family thought that I might be safe anyway so there was a lack of votes but it is what it is and I am sure that there will be something good out of it. Secondly, I haven't done anything in India at all as compared to the other inmates so I guess it could have also played a part in my eviction."
Priya had been a wild card entrant in the house. We wonder if she feels that it as an advantage or a disadvantage. When we asked her about it, she told us, "Its a bit of both; its an advantage because you have seen the show as an audience and you can understand people well and it is a disadvantage because by the time you enter the house, the audience has already chosen their favorites and it becomes hard for you."
Talking about her bonding with Rishab (Rishab Sinha) and everyone else in the house, she added, "My equation with Rishab has definitely been like a genuine friendship. He is a good guy and we shared a good connection since day one. We also had a mutual respect towards each other. I had a good bonding with everyone in the house and there isn't a single person with whom I would not like to be friends with. I have enjoyed my time with everyone in the house."
"Definitely, Salman (Salman Khan) had been a great support for me throughout my journey. He has been good with me and has always spoken in my favor. I think when you play a game then play it openly, and I guess that will definitely make you win hearts. I am looking forward to explore television in India. I am thinking of staying in India for a longer time and explore." signs off Priya.
We wish you good luck Priya!
