The tight hug that Munna gives to the cleaner Maqsood Bhai is still as fresh as yesterday. Sanjay Dutt, a good-hearted goon, advised us to enjoy life to the utmost because it is only temporary. Zaheer gets diagoned with cancer and is alone, depressed, afraid, and Sanjay Dutt’s Munna bhai becomes his support system – only for Zaheer to die tragically in Munna’s arms later. Even today this scene gives us goosebumps.

When everyone thought that Rustom's dad is going to breath his last, then enters Munna with a smart plan and starts playing carrom. The excitement and curiosity that is built up just to see if the striker hits the peg and will it go into the pocket are really commendable. This where “Rani toh papa ni” gained popularity. 

Life mein jab time kam rehta hai na double jeene ka, double

This scene where Munna bonds with Anand Bhai who has been declared brain dead years ago. Munna motivates him to regain his senses and live life to the fullest by saying, “Life mein jab time kam rehta hai na double jeene ka, double.” And finally when Anand Bhai gives Munna a signal we all had a ray of hope in our hearts.

Dr. Suman's monolouge at the climax got us to grab as many tissues as possible. When finally Munna exits the hosptial leaving everyone in tears and also leaving a miacle behind( Anand Bhai moves his own wheel chair). 

Well Munna Bhai MBBS won the Best Popular Film Providing Wholesome Entertainment in the National Film Awards while winning Filmfares for Best Film, Best Director (Rajkumar Hirani), Best Actor in Comic Role (Sanjay Dutt), Best Supporting Actor (Arshad Warsi) and Best Dialogues (Abbas Tyrewala).
