Mona Singh and Vivek Dahiya in Ekta Kapoor's next!

Ekta Kapoor's next on Star Plus that was tentatively titled Mangalsutra, has now been renamed as Kavach. 

According to initial reports in the media, the show was to have Ankit Gera and Ragini Khanna in the lead roles. But the latest update is that Pyar Ko Ho Jaane Do actress, Mona Singh and Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actor, Vivek Dahiya have been finalized. 

If media reports are to be believed, the show is based on the story of how a married woman is willing to go to any extent to save the life of her husband. 

A very credible source confirmed the development with us. We tried contacting the actors but both Mona and Vivek could not be reached.
