Mom-to-be Alia Bhatt thanks everyone for their good wishes and blessings

The news of Alia Bhatt's pregnancy have caused a stir on social media. Since the actress made an announcement on her Instagram handle, wishes and sweet messages have been pouring in for the parents-to-be Ranbir and Alia from all around the globe.

Recently the 'Gangubai Kathiawadi' actress took to her Instagram stories and penned a note of gratitude as she feels extremely overwhelmed by all the love and wishes she has been receiving from her fans, family member and fraternity friends. 

In the story Alia shared an unseen picture of hers and Ranbir who are smiling candidly while performing a ritual prior to their wedding. Alia's note read, "Overwhelmed with all the love! Have tried to read everyone's messages and good wishes and all I want to say is, it truly feels so special to celebrate such a big moment in our lives with all your love and blessings! Thank you every single one of you."

Making the huge announcement, Alia had shared an adorable picture of her and Ranbir in the hospital while looking at the screen during her sonography. She captioned the post as, "Our baby coming soon."

For the unversed, Ranbir and Alia tied the knot on 14th April 2022 in an intimate ceremony at Ranbir's house Vastu. Only a few close friends and family members attended the wedding ceremony.

On the professional front, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are gearing up for their film Brahmastra. This would be the first time the duo will share screen space and now it will be all the more special for fans to see them together. The film is slated to hit the big screens on 9th september, 2022.
