Mohit Daga: I am very excited because I will be playing a solo lead for the first time on a TV show

Mohit Daga, who was last seen on the show Tera Yaar Hoon Main, is all set for his next. The actor will be seen in the upcoming show Dusri Maa which will launch sometime in mid- September on &TV. The actor is very happy to be a part of it.

What makes it even more special is that he will be playing a lead role for the first time. Talking about it, he says, "I will play a lawyer here. It's my first as a solo lead on a show. There have been times when I have been the negative lead or there were other lead characters, besides me, but this time it's only me and the female lead. I am excited and this show means a lot to me. My character is a positive one but he feels stuck in life regarding a few things and can't understand what to do about it. So it is an interesting story." Currently, Mohit is in Jaipur shooting for the show. He shares, "I have been to Jaipur multiple times, but it was always for a short span of time. But as our show will be fully shot here, I will be staying here until the show is on air. Now it feels like Jaipur is my second home. I love how the history and tradition of this city is still intact."Jaipur

Recounting the time when he first came to Jaipur, he says, "The first thing I did when I came to Jaipur was go to Hanuman temple. I feel very connected to him and somewhere I feel that he is the reason for me getting this work opportunity, and I am grateful for that."
