Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Teju and Rituraj's hit and miss, Neil gains consciousness and sees her first

Tonight's episode of Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin begins with Leena inquiring about the arrival of an ambulance while the family grows increasingly anxious as Neil remains unresponsive. In an attempt to revive him, Leena splashes water on his face. Meanwhile, the Pradhans express concern over the scheduled engagement, but Rituraj insists that their priority should be getting Neil to the hospital, as it is the only way to ensure his well-being.

As Neil remains unconscious, he starts murmuring, bringing up Teju's name, leaving the Pradhans confused about what he is trying to convey. Leena, sensing the urgency of the situation, instructs Yash to inform Vinod about Neil's deteriorating condition, urging him to leave his work and rush home. While waiting for medical assistance, she tries to comfort Neil, who continues to murmur in his semi-conscious state, requesting Aparajita to sing a song. Concerned about the sudden deterioration in Neil's health overnight, Leena anxiously asks about the ambulance's arrival. Rituraj, realising the gravity of the situation, declares that they should not waste any more time waiting and should instead take Neil to the hospital immediately. However, Kaka brings up the fact that the Chavan family has already made extensive preparations for the engagement and suggests discussing the matter with them before making a final decision. Leena, prioritising Neil's health above all else, insists that the Chavans must understand the situation, emphasising that his well-being is more important than anything else.

Despite the ongoing concerns, Neil keeps repeating Aparajita's name, which heightens the family's worries. However, Leena remains firm in her decision and urges everyone to take Neil to the hospital without further delay. Later, at the hospital, Neil is admitted for treatment, and Leena, holding Vinod's hand, expresses deep concern for his condition. The family reassures her that Neil will be fine.

Meanwhile, Vinod contacts Satish and informs him about Neil's hospitalisation due to a severe viral infection. Shocked by the news, Satish asks how it happened, and Vinod explains the entire situation to him. Upon hearing this, Satish expresses his concerns and mentions that preparations for the engagement were in full swing. However, Vinod reveals that, given Neil's condition, they have decided to postpone the engagement. This decision surprises Satish, as invitations have already been sent out and the preparations are nearly complete. Vinod acknowledges the situation but emphasises that they had no way of predicting such an unfortunate turn of events. Seeing Neil's critical condition, he insists that it is impossible to proceed with the engagement as planned.

Understanding the situation, Satish proposes a compromise by suggesting a small ceremony with only close family members in attendance. However, this suggestion frustrates Vinod, who questions how Satish could even consider such an idea given Neil's critical state. Leena intervenes, attempting to calm him down, and he reiterates that under the current circumstances, they are in no position to think about the engagement. Neil remains under observation, and it is simply not feasible to proceed with the ceremony. He urges Satish to understand their predicament.

Satish, troubled by how to break this news to his father, reluctantly hands the phone to him upon Vinod's request. After taking the call, Satish steps aside, and his unusual reaction catches Mukta's attention. She asks if everything is fine, to which Satish responds with an unexpected remark, stating that for her, it might be good news. He then reveals that his daughter's engagement is not happening as scheduled, leaving the family in complete shock. When they demand an explanation, Satish informs them that Neil has fallen seriously ill with a high fever and has been admitted to the hospital.

Upon hearing this, Laxmi immediately shifts the blame onto Teju, attributing Neil's condition to the fact that she had been taking him around the entire day, causing him to be exposed to the sun. She insists that everything happened because of Teju. Meanwhile, Teju recalls a previous conversation where she had rejected Neil. Back at the hospital, Neil, still unconscious, mutters questions about his worthiness, recalling Teju's words.

At home, Aditi comes forward in support of Teju, questioning Laxmi's decision to blame her for Neil's condition. She also directs her criticism toward Mohit, further intensifying the ongoing discussion within the family.

Aditi and Teju defend Teju against these accusations, but their words do little to change Satish's mind. Just then, Omi arrives and confirms that Neil is in bad shape, revealing that the Pradhan family has decided to combine the engagement with the wedding instead. Satish agrees, acknowledging that it is the best course of action given the circumstances. However, he then blames Mukta and Teju, implying that their bad luck caused the engagement to be postponed. Teju reacts sharply to his remark.

Prajakta intervenes, advising Satish that rather than engaging in arguments, he should focus on Neil's well-being and visit him at the hospital. Satish agrees and decides to take Juhi along with him. Mukta then asks Omi if she and the others can also visit Neil, as he has always been there for them. However, Laxmi sarcastically remarks that if both Juhi and Teju go, they might turn it into a competition over who cares for Neil the most. She taunts that Teju will likely win, given her dramatic nature.

This sparks an argument, and Satish firmly declares that Teju will not accompany them. Teju, however, stands her ground, insisting that she must visit Neil because of everything he has done for their family. Juhi also requests Satish to allow Teju to come along. Though reluctant, Satish ultimately gives in.

Teju, Juhi, Aditi, and Satish reach the hospital, where Vinod instructs Rituraj to fetch Neil's medical file from home. As Rituraj exits the hospital, he and Teju unknowingly cross paths without noticing each other. While waiting for the elevator, Rituraj decides to take the stairs instead, wanting to avoid unnecessary encounters with fans. Just as he turns to leave, Teju and her family arrive at the elevator. At that moment, Rituraj gets a strange feeling and instinctively looks back, but before he can see her, Teju’s clothing gets caught, delaying her for a moment. By the time she frees it and steps forward, Rituraj has already left. As she moves ahead, she too senses a familiar presence and glances toward the stairs, but finds no one there.

Upon arrival, Satish greets the Pradhan family and inquires about Neil's condition. Vinod updates him on Neil's health status. Meanwhile, Aditi, Juhi, and Teju visit Neil's room.

Aditi gently wakes Neil and greets him as he slowly opens his eyes, his gaze immediately shifting towards Teju. Aditi, noticing his condition, suggests that he eat some fruits to help him recover faster. However, before the conversation can continue, a nurse intervenes, advising them not to engage in too much discussion. Aditi quickly apologises and assures the nurse that she and Juhi will leave soon, allowing Neil's fiancée to stay with him.

Meanwhile, the nurse mistakenly assumes Teju to be Neil's soon-to-be wife, having observed the way he was looking at her. When asked to step outside, Teju promptly clarifies the misunderstanding, explaining that Juhi is the one engaged to Neil. Despite this, Teju turns to Neil with concern, asking about his health and whether he is feeling any better. Her question stirs something in him, reminding him of her past words. He remains silent, lost in thought, while Aditi watches closely, puzzled by the way he is reacting to Teju.

Elsewhere, Vinod and Satish have a discussion with the doctor regarding Neil's condition. Back in the room, Teju encourages Juhi to comfort Neil and check if he is in pain. However, Neil's response catches everyone off guard—he questions why his pain should matter to Teju. Stunned by his words, Teju confronts him, reminding him that his wedding is just a few days away and that he should be happy. To her shock, Neil counters that while everyone else is happy, he is not. His unexpected response leaves them in disbelief. When Teju tries to understand what he means, Neil expresses his frustration, saying that she never truly understood him, nor has she ever tried to. His words leave them confused, struggling to grasp what he is trying to convey.
