Mithil Jain: Keh Doon Tumhein has fulfilled my wish of playing a cop

 Mithil Jain plays the role of Dev in Keh Doon Tumhein (KDT). The show is being produced by Vajra Productions.

“I loved the title when I first heard it and saw the promo. It's a very romantic title with a twist, giving an eerie feeling when you see it with the promo,” says the actor, who has also been a part of shows such as Begusaraai, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Saraswatichandra and Shubh Laabh Aapkey Ghar Mein.

KDT is a thriller. And this is the first time he is doing a thriller TV show. “Also this show has fulfilled my wish of playing a cop and that too as a parallel lead. I'm playing an ex-husband named Dev to the lead girl, a very corrupt, alcoholic, and abusive character. He's a very grey man but loves his son and wants to take revenge from Kirti (Yukti Kapoor). Obviously, I don't relate to my character personally, as I am a family man, a loving husband, and a doting father,” he adds.

Enjoying shooting the show in Panchgani, he says, “I'm loving Panchgani and praying to God that the show runs indefinitely. I hope to get a chance to buy property here and settle down.”
