Mission Impossible 7 director Christopher McQuarrie has finally issued a clarification about the rumours of Prabhas joining the MI7 team that went viral earlier today. Fans were naturally happy to hear the rumours about the South star getting an opportunity to star in a Hollywood project. One of the Twitter users asked Christopher McQuarrie to confirm if the news is true.

Christopher McQuarrie reacted to the news and shut down the rumours as he said, "While he‘s a very talented man, we’ve never met. Welcome to the internet." Well, Prabhas has earned Pan-India reach with his role in the Baahubali franchise but fans of the actor have to wait a little longer to see him touching new heights in Hollywood.

The recent development comes after a report claimed that the actor has joined the project for an ‘important role’. Although, while there was no confirmation from the actor or the Mission Impossible 7 team, the report claimed that director Christopher McQuarrie has also confirmed that Prabhas has been roped in for the film.

It was also being reported that Prabhas has already met the 'MI7' team while he was shooting in Italy for his upcoming pan-India film 'Radhe Shyam'. McQuarrie reportedly narrated the script to the 'Baahubali' actor and he gave his nod to the same.

I doubt there will be Indian actors in the MI saga any time soon... Though it would no doubt be a proud moment.
