MISSING her father made Priyanka Chopra TEAR Up during the Jaimala

We all know that weddings are a time when emotions keep chocking your throat every now and then. The same is happening with our desi bride Priyanka Chopra. She is officially now Priyanka Chopra Jonas and well, we can't be more happy for her.

She took the wedding vows with Nick Jonas in a Christian ceremony on 1st of December and then yesterday the Hindu wedding took place. As per a report by Mid-Day a guest revealed all the festivities in the order they took place.

The festivities started at 8 A.M yesterday and the Mauli ceremony took place where holy threads were tied to both the bride and groom. Priyanka's brother Siddharth kept on explaining the rituals to the Jonas family so that they can be a complete part of it too.

After Mauli, Priyanka's haldi was held and then she was gifted a chooda by her uncle to wear for the wedding ceremony. The guest briefed about the wedding ceremony too and said that the sehra was tied to the groom at around 6. He added,"A cheer went up among the guests as the bride and groom came face-to-face at the mandap. Priyanka teared up during the jaimala session,"

At the Christian wedding too Priyanka got emotional as she missed her dad. Her mother madhu Chopra's speech also brought tears to her eyes.

Priyanka and Nick will now host 2 receptions, one in Delhi and one in Mumbai. They will reach Delhi tomorrow and the great grand Btown reception will held a few days later.
