Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali's Shivangi Khedkar: What you see on screen is the best we put with time restrictions

Shivangi Khedkar, currently seen in Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali as Pallavi Deshmukh, has been in the news for a while now and has been doing great work on the show. Apart from her chemistry with Sai Ketan Rao, her work has received a lot of love and she continues to receive a lot of love for the character. She spoke to India Forums about whether or not her perception has changed after working on the show and what is something she is looking forward to.

Ask her if there is something she understood better and has her perception changed/improved, she said, ''I think it has changed for good because earlier when I used to watch serials, I did wonder certain things and had questions, but now, when I am on it and performing it every day, that is when you realise that you don't have time, you don't have time to even get nervous on the sets, that's the situation. You have your script, you have your director and the team, and you don't have anything like that, there's no time for anything else. So yes, that has changed, when I kind of used to criticize that certain scenes could have been done better, but honestly, you don't have enough time, whatever you see on the screen is the best we put with time restrictions. So now, I will never say it.''

About whether or not she wishes to work on OTT and something that she is looking forward to next, she said, ''You can't really decide what you want to do, of course, I just want to act. I am just hungry for good stories and a good character, give me anything, let it be a 5-minute role or a 10 minute one, I am okay with it. But, a good character, a challenging character which gives me a lot of homework to do, where I have to work on it, that gives me a kick you know, something different, other than just typical stories that are there.''
