Off lately, there has been a trend of people indulging themselves into meditation and yoga. Losing weight without going to any gym or any physical activity is something that has been accepted worldwide. While we know of many B'town biggies preferring Yoga over gym, we have our beautiful Rishika Mihani (last seen in Tum Aise Hi Rehna, Sony TV) following their footsteps. She has been away from television for some time now but has made sure to utilize this time appropriately. In conversation with TellyBuzz, Rishika shares her interest for yoga and meditation-
"Yoga and meditation are my new found love. I am enjoying that phase of my life wherein I just want to be myself. I am trying to disconnect with people and the outside world. I have realized that more the people in your life more are the problems that you have to face. I am in search of inner peace and trying to connect my mind, body and soul."
Are you being trained for yoga and meditation? "As of now, am not getting trained from anyone but have enrolled into Vipasana and waiting for its confirmation. The meditation course that they provide is impeccable but it is going to be very difficult for me. I am a Gemini and I need to talk to people. But in Vipasana Meditation Center, I need to surrender my mobile phone for almost seven to eight days. There are so many people who run away within two or three days. It is going to be difficult and hoping to learn something from there."
Well Rishika, this is surely a time worthy hobby that you have adapted!
