Manish Malhotra styling Sridevi for Tamil film

Chennai, Nov 14 (IANS) Ace fashion designer Manish Malhotra, whose creations have been flaunted by Bollywood stars like Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra, is now styling for his "favourite" Sridevi for a Tamil film.

"After' Robot' styling for a Tamil film," Malhotra tweeted Friday.

He didn't give out the film's name, but mentioned that he is working with "Chandni" star Sridevi.

"Feels like when i started my career as a costume designer: Chennai Film shoot with my favourite@SrideviKapoor," he tweeted.

Sridevi is currently filming a yet-untitled Tamil fantasy drama that recently went on the floors here.

Also starring Shruti Haasan, Hansika Motwani and Kiccha Sudeep, the film is being helmed by Chimbu Devan.

Sridevi will reportedly play Hansika's mother in the movie.
