Talking about the same, the actor said in a statement: "I'm fortunate to be a part of 'Savdhaan India' as this show discloses eye-opening stories that are prevailing in our country and aims to (make) aware masses and fight against these crimes.

"With the increasing competition, the pressure from the parents has also increased, which is leading to the large number of suicides among the children. It's high time some awareness needs to be spread about this issue."

The episode featuring Madhavan as the host, will air on January 28.

It will focus on a particular case revolving around a family in which the child is pressurised by his mother to score highest in his academic exams. Drained from the pressure, the child starts bunking his classes, resorting to unfair means and eventually kills himself.
